It all started some months ago, where he was being racist and discriminating.
Today, I found him on the funmaps server, camping/laming in de_ytmnd. I told him to stop, and move to kill the opposite team. He refused to do so, and answered me: "stop crying", which was nonsense, as I wasn't whining, and he has a poor english (you can see that in his name too and in the way he talks).
After that, he changed his name to "Peru, I'm Suck so?" I asked elusive if i could voteban him and he agreed.
Votebanned him, and now I request a ban extension.
I find this discriminating to my nationality.

Will wait on demo but why didn't elusive ban him instead of you? It's alot easier for a Sr. Staff Member to take charge and take care of the problem. If elusive took care of the problem in the server this topic would not be needed. His name is no where near discriminatory towards your nationality.

elusive was in the server and didn't feel any action was necessary and therefore I don't think a ban extension is required.

I think this is a minor insult, if you can even call it that, and you should have just ignored it and played on.
