Well to begin with any server running X-Redirect will have problems with the plugin.
Servers Running The Plugin <-- MAjor Failure?? Yes lol alot of serves use it.


The commands that servers cant do anymore is "Alias" and "Connect" so im sure anyone with anti-cheat and redirect plugins will Rage at valve as they fukd it up AGAIn

Well you do also realize I doubt they care about if it breaks plugins and such. They're simply trying to fix problems with the game, not worry about additions to the game itself.

Someone will eventually find a way to make it work anyways, it's only been a day, chill out.

Try the source code from here. It should print the command to connect in console (tested and works locally).

Here's one that works even better. This one actually redirects automatically.

Thanks DarkGod! I'm sure the auto-redirect works a lot more efficiently, but I cannot tell what the difference is by glancing at the source code. What was changed from the one that you previously posted? Did you code this fix yourself? I'm sure our owner Haze (Purple Haze) will look into implementing this fix. I'll send him a PM so he makes sure to read this thread and comment.

Some guys on AlliedModders found a way around the blocked connect command. They simply implemented it in a multi command line like: "echo Redirecting you to our other server;connect ip:port".

I just noticed that not all lines worked in Pastebin. Simply ask me for the .sma and I'll give you it. This fix can also be found on the xREDIRECT section on AM if you'd rather get it from there.

I'll post an introduction. ^^
